Sorry, my last post got cut off for some reason. Lucas, you might want to think of checking your site for bugs.

If you take out Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker, this movie is hands down better than anything that Nolan has ever done. A lot of times directors, writers or actors will work on their "pet project" and go away from what made them famous and the audience only wishes they would have focused on making that next sequel (i.e. Nolan and the Batman franchise or George Lucas w/Star Wars). How often do those "pet projects" just totally flop? Nolan really did take the best of what worked for him in his past movies and just made it better. I'm looking forward to see the new projects he comes out with but I can't wait to see Inception again.

Hats off to Christopher Nolan for such a great all around movie.

Totally agree that harry potter might be the only movie to top inception thus year. What was wrong with Leo in this role though? I agree he seems to have played similar characters in recent movies but would you have turned down the chances to work with Scorsese and Christopher Nolan?

Toy Story 3:

I enjoyed this movie. I thought it was definitely better than the second one. I liked the story, the characters, the animation, all of it pretty much. WTF is an ascot? I know I could look it up, but I don't want to, so there. It is sad to see a good series come to an end. Also, I agree, the short before the film was awesome!

The Last Airbender:

It's sad that this movie is soo bad, I was looking forward to it, but now, maybe I'll skip it...Damn! For Shame!

Eclipse:

I must say, I am pleased to hear that this movie is pretty decent. I will have to watch this with my wife and I'm happy that it won't be too painful! Three cheers for a better director! I agree with the love triangle, I haven't even seen this one yet and I'm already tired of them rubberbanding around.

Book of Eli:

This movie was pretty good. I liked the story and I did not expect the twist towards the end at all! It almost makes me want to go back and watch it again to see how many times they lead you toward it, but I won't because I don't want to watch it again, hahahaha. Also, the girl did a much better job acting in this then she did in Max Payne.

Edge of Darkness:

You could tell that this was a low budget film, but what's not to like or enjoy about watching some guy go around reaping revenge. Not near as good as Taken, but entertaining.

Prince of Persia:

This is from what I can remember the best movie based off of a video game, that I've seen. Did anyone else notice that they through a lot of Assasin Creed things in there that weren't Prince of Persia?? I was like wait, this isn't Assassin's Creed, wtf? Haha. I think they should have used the dagger way more in the movie. It was only used twice and only briefly, I mean come on, in the video game, you use it all the damn time! They should have had the Prince risking his life way more and having to use it a bunch. For days and days.

Repo Men:

Duelly noted, I will skip this one.

Shes Out of My League:

I think this main actor is turning out like Michael Cera and will be in a similar role in all his movies. I don't know why you dislike him soo much, but whatever. The movie did crack me up some and I enjoyed watching it.

Doody Out!

Couple things here:
1) the trailer(s) gave WAY too much away
2) I can't say I agree with your comment "WE WANT MORE ACTION” and he delivers it". I actually think it was about the same action as part 1. I mean the battle between iron man and war machine vs the Final villain must have lasted like a minute.
3) I also disagree with your comment about the pacing. I think it was s very fast moving movie and I don't think the dialogue parts slowed down the movie at all. I thought for the most part all the dialogue was well written and very witty. Not sure if you know this but the writer is the same guy that wrote Tropic Thunder. It's nit the same writer as Iron man 1. Apparently Robert Downey junior asked for that guy to write the movie.

Id give it a 9 out of 10

I am very much looking forward to this movie when it comes out to rent! I like Don Cheadle way better than Terrance Howard, so F' him! Robert D. Jr. is the man!! I was a little worried about them bringing in Johanson for this movie, but I hear she was good so we'll see...I also like Mickey Rourke so I was pleased to see him in this one. Anyways, I'm excited to see it! Good Review, keep it up! Doody Out!

I really enjoyed this movie. I haven't been a fan of most of the comic book movies except for this one. Mickey Rourke was a great cast. He is all kinds of creepy, scary, grungy, nasty......perfect for a villian! I could have used a longer fight scene at the end, but I can't complain too much because I usually think they're too long.

I liked this movie quite a bit. I don't know if I'd give it a 9.5/10, but it was good. It definitely kept my attention for the entire length, so that has to mean something! Things I didn't like: I wasn't crazy about the look of some of the avatars. I didn't care for Weaver's avatar, or the native that was against the main character for the majority of the film. I also didn't like how they got into their avatar forms but wore clothes like humans. If they wanted to blend in with the tribes, shouldn't they wear tribal clothing? I know I've mentioned this before, but I didn't like how some of the creatures appeared to be wet all the time. I realize they were supposed to look this way, I just personally didn't like it too much. I thought it made them appear less realistic, but that could just be me. I also thought the bad guy's scar on his face was a little...I don't know, I just felt like o well of course he would have a scar that looks just like that right in that spot because no other villain has ever had one like that. I think it would have been better if he was missing like his ear or something. I loved the idea behind the movie and everything else though! I would own this one! Those are my thoughts though, take them or leave them. Nice review! Doody Out!
